Responsibilities


After the necessary and sufficient funds are made available Sumati Balwan will be responsible for:

    • Starting the project as early as possible
    • Provide high level plan for the construction project
    • Provide the progress report to Project Coordinator once in a month
    • Provide Bookkeeping and Accounting records to the Project Coordinator for the funds taken from Beyond Intent and used for construction
    • Monitor the construction project by working with Construction agency and make sure that project is moving as per plan
    • Hire an Inspection professional to make sure that construction is as per plan and all the quality parameters for constructions are attained

Beyond Intent's Responsibilities

    • Raise funds for Sumati Balwan project
    • Appoint a member to work with Project Coordinator to manage the funds collected for Sumati Balwan project
    • Monitor project progress and evaluate the project.

Project Coordinator, Nilesh Kikle, will be acting as a bridge between Sumati Balwan and Beyond Intent.
