How Can You Help?
Besides contributing financially there are a lot of other ways to help us. If you have a desire to do something for under-privileged, here are a few things how you can contribute to our cause.
Website
- Checking our website to correct grammar, spellings and content.
- If you have web design skills you can help us maintain our web site.
- Keep track of web traffic / stats to find out more about what they like and what they don't like. We have tools in place to do that but we don't have a person to study the patterns and make recommendations based on that.
Administrative Work
- Creating brochures and handouts for 'Beyond Intent' .
- Keeping records up to date, helping us with keeping blog updated with latest news, ensuring that the our orkut community gets updated.
Finances
- Managing finances - If you are good at handling finances you can help us with audits, financial records, donation receipts etc.
Marketing
- By spreading the word, reaching out to more people.
- Visiting the orphanage.
- Making videos - taking interviews, taking videos of the project sites, orphanage site.
- Organizing Beyond Intent member's speech in your community or school or work place or simply with other fellow Indians
Projects
- If you are aware of projects in your area, you can present the projects to Beyond Intent for partial or complete support.
- Helping us keep track of our time and progress with each project. You may have project management skills to streamline this process.
- Help us with monitoring projects in India by making site visits / reporting the project progress.
